Handle appointments set by the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) |
Understand prospects’ needs and offer the right solutions |
Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales |
Support and lead a team of SDRs |
Profile required |
Degree in business, management, or a related field |
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, with strong skills in negotiation and contract closing |
Ability to understand and present complex solutions |
Autonomy, attention to detail, drive for challenges, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills |
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software |
Fluent in French and/or English |
