Responsibilities

Handle appointments set by the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Understand prospects’ needs and offer the right solutions

Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales

Support and lead a team of SDRs

Profile required

Degree in business, management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, with strong skills in negotiation and contract closing
Ability to understand and present complex solutions

Autonomy, attention to detail, drive for challenges, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software

Fluent in French and/or English
